Channel induction furnaces for melting of cupper and cupper alloys
Tilting Channel induction furnaces for melting of cupper and cupper alloys.
The furnaces are suitable for production of cupper alloys (brass, bronze). They are remarkable for their big productivity and law consumption of power supply. The furnaces are equipped with removable inductors and air cooling.

Stationary channel induction furnaces for melting of cupper, brass and bronze
The furnaces have induction eating on an industrial frequency. They are suitable for melting of non-ferrous metals’ waste, smelting, working with die casting machines, gravity die casting, casting in moulds.
The furnaces consist of two chambers, joined by a heating channel. The metal is being taken through casting ladles or through automatic device.
The advantages of these furnaces are as follows::
- Low consumption of power supply thanks to the excellent heating isolation
- Identical temperature of the metal in the chambers
- Possibility for simultaneous charging of one of the chambers and taking away of the liquid metal from the other
- No working break
- Optimal use of the casting machines
- No metal overheating
- Low service expenses
