1. MetalScan PolySpek Neo
PolySpek Neo the new multi-CCD, multi-optic desktop spectrometers from ARUN Technology. Up to four separate optical systems can be incorporated to cover the emission spectrum required for metallurgical work. Particular combinations of the optical systems are available for specific single matrix or multi-matrix applications. The optical systems have been tailored to provide different dispersions over different wavelength ranges with the optimal resolution in the ultra violet region of 130 to 200 nanometers.

2. MetalScan PolySpek Junior
The MetalScan PolySpek Junior series is a range of revolutionary desktop metals analysers, designed to give high precision analysis on-site in the foundry and engineering industries of the world. It offers laboratory precision analysis of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, in a small, robust, low-cost and easy to use package. The MetalScan PolySpek Junior series offers laboratory precision analysis of metals in a small, robust, low-cost and easy to use package. They are especially suitable for the analysis of light elements such as sulphur, carbon and phosphorous the PolySpek Junior is equally at home analysing non-ferrous metals. Any combination of calibrations can be supplied in one instrument.

3. MetalScan
The MetalScan series are portable spectrometer for on-site work. They are designated for carbon determination to sort ‘L’ and ‘non L’ stainless grades and low Carbon steels. They use Windows XP based software and have Colour touch screen operation, integral printer.

4. MetalScan 1650
The MetalScan 1650 is a revolutionary portable metals analyser designed to give rapid semi-quantitative analysis and grade identification of metals on-site. The spectrometer is small and is mounted in the hand-held probe, which enables the operator to perform checks up to 30 meters away from the control unit.
The MetalScan 1650 can be supplied as a single-base or multi-base instrument, using the same hardware. Extra bases can be added without any hardware changes, making upgrades easy and low-cost. Yet, thanks to its tried-and-tested technology, this portable, compact and robust instrument is virtually maintenance-free and highly competitively priced.
As a tool for scrap sorting and identifying, incoming quality control, outgoing quality control and for checking material grades in plant maintenance and repair, the MetalScan 1600 series is the right choice.
