Channel induction furnace for melting of zinc cathodes and production of zinc alloys

Tilting induction channel furnace for melting of zinc and production of zinc alloys. (Mixer)
The furnaces are suitable for production of zinc alloys (ZnAl, ZnAlCu). They are remarkable for their big productivity and law consumption of power supply.
The inductor is accomplished with air cooling.
For homogenization we use propeller.

Stationary induction channel furnaces for melting zinc cathodes.
The furnaces have induction heating on an industrial frequency.
They consist of two chambers, joined by a heating channel. The metal is being taken through liquid metal pump.
The advantages of these furnaces are as follows :
- The furnace’s bath has a tilting system
- Low consumption of power supply thanks to the excellent heating isolation
- Identical temperature of the metal in the chambers
- No working break
- Optimal use of the casting machines
- No metal overheating
- Low service expenses

The furnace’s bath has a tilting system which enables the replacement of a damaged inductor without interrupting the furnace’s work.
The furnaces are equipped with modern devices for charging with zinc cathodes, which has productivity from 3 T/h up to 30 T/h.
